Credit Purchase Refunds

At hotlines.ai, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy for credit purchases is as follows:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Only unused credits are eligible for refunds
  • Partially used credit packages are not eligible for refunds
  • Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Unused credits will expire within 1 year of purchase

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom implementation or setup fees

Refund Timeframes
