Credit Purchase Refunds
At hotlines.ai, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy for credit purchases is as follows:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Only unused credits are eligible for refunds
- Partially used credit packages are not eligible for refunds
- Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
- Unused credits will expire within 1 year of purchase

Non-Refundable Items
